These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Sawmove governing your use of the Sawmove website, your account, and the warranty-registration service (the “Service”). By using the Service or creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Sawmove products are sold and fulfilled through Amazon, so your purchase is also subject to Amazon’s Conditions of Use and Sale.
1. Use of the Service
This site showcases Sawmove products, routes purchases to Amazon, and lets you register and manage product warranties. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, or availability, or to access areas or data you are not authorized to use.
2. Your account
To register a warranty you create an account with your email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information and keeping it current. You can update your details or delete your account at any time from your account settings.
3. Amazon & your purchase
Sawmove products are sold by the applicable Amazon seller and fulfilled through Amazon; Sawmove is not the seller or merchant of record for your purchase. Sawmove is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon — Amazon, the Amazon logo, and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. All purchases, payments, shipping, returns, and refunds are handled by Amazon and the applicable seller under Amazon’s terms, and Sawmove is not responsible for Amazon’s services, listings, availability, or order fulfilment. This site is informational only: product imagery and specifications are illustrative, and final pricing, availability, and the binding product description are those shown on the Amazon listing at the time of purchase.
4. Warranty registration
Registering a product activates the applicable manufacturer warranty once we have verified your Amazon Order ID. We verify registrations manually and may decline any we cannot match to a valid order. Coverage, duration, and claims are governed solely by the warranty terms included with your product.
5. Product safety & assumption of risk
Sawmove products are powered outdoor tools that can cause serious injury or property damage if misused. You are responsible for reading and following the safety warnings and user manual supplied with each product, using appropriate protective equipment, and ensuring each tool is operated only by a competent adult. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risk arising from operation of the products, and Sawmove is not liable for any injury, death, or damage resulting from misuse, modification, inadequate maintenance, or failure to follow the supplied instructions and warnings.
6. Informational content only
Tips, guides, specifications, and other content on this site are provided for general information only and are not professional, safety, or legal advice. Always rely on the documentation supplied with your product.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including submitting false registration details, uploading unlawful content, probing or scanning the site, or using it to distribute spam or malware. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
The Sawmove name, logo, and site content are owned by Sawmove or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates and are used here for reference only.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Any warranty for a product is separate and is governed solely by the warranty terms supplied with that product.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sawmove and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sawmove and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms or any law, or the content or information you submit.
12. Dispute resolution & arbitration
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be finally settled by binding arbitration seated in Guangzhou, China, administered by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) under its rules then in effect, rather than in court, and you and Sawmove each waive any right to participate in a class or representative action. Where binding arbitration or a class-action waiver is not permitted by the mandatory laws of your country of residence, this section applies only to the extent allowed.
13. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Guangzhou, China, except where the mandatory laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the “last updated” date above; continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply.
16. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Sawmove regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Sawmove collects through this website, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It reflects US privacy regulations including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), as well as international data-protection frameworks.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, and the password hash used to secure your account.
- Warranty registrations — the Amazon Order ID and product you submit, and each registration’s status.
- Communications — emails you send us for support and your marketing-email preference.
- Technical data — limited device and usage information, and analytics data (collected via Google Analytics) only where you allow analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To create and secure your account, and to verify and service your warranty registrations.
- To respond to support requests and send essential service emails (for example, verification codes and warranty status updates).
- To send marketing communications only where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand and improve the site, where permitted by your cookie choices.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Sawmove — including our hosting, database, email, and analytics providers (we use Google Analytics to measure site traffic) — and with Amazon to verify warranty registrations against your order. These providers may process data only on our instructions.
For how Google processes analytics data, see Google’s Privacy Policy. You can turn analytics off at any time from the cookie preference center in the footer.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as you have an account or as needed to provide warranty coverage, and afterwards only as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes. Deleting your account removes your profile and registrations from our active systems.
Security
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to personal data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access.
Children’s privacy (COPPA)
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your California rights (CCPA)
California residents may request access to, deletion of, or details about the personal information we hold, and may opt out of any sale or sharing (note that we do not sell personal information). Use the “Your privacy choices” link in the footer to exercise these rights.
International transfers
Because Sawmove operates and produces internationally, the information you submit may be processed across borders — including in the United States by analytics providers such as Google — with appropriate safeguards in place.
Your choices
You can update your details, change your marketing preference, or delete your account from your account settings, and manage cookies from the cookie preference center linked in the footer.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the “last updated” date above, and we will communicate significant changes where appropriate.

Sawmove is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We design and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
What we do
- Screen readers: semantic landmarks, descriptive labels, and image alt text so content is announced clearly.
- Keyboard navigation: every interactive element — language switcher, menus, forms, cookie controls — is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus ring and a skip-to-content link.
- Color & contrast: text and controls meet AA contrast ratios; color is never the only way information is conveyed.
- Touch targets: interactive controls use a minimum 44Ă—44px target area on touch devices.
- Motion: animations respect the “reduce motion” system setting.
- Multi-language: the page language attribute updates when you switch languages so screen readers use the correct pronunciation.
